Ground- breaking- well nearly, we have just found

 a self contained toilet that won't drain into the river

- and, it will 'generate employment'.

It took the PATeam - can some one tell the council.

Would anyone really put a toilet on a jetty?

- over a river that they take fish from?

                                               Could a Port-a-dunny Tent lead to Camping?
This is a risk
but WTC don't have a plan for a real loo.
Some guys from the PA Team erected  this 'make do' to help out those grubby fishers who leave all the 'stuff' on the grassy bank.
Who knows, the council always react to anything that looks camp.
